Store up to 24 seed words
Compatible with all BIP39 hardware and software wallets, there are 12 letter slots on each side, supports up to 24 mnemonic seed phrase.
Only first 4 letters needed
Each of the BIP39 seed words can be identified by its first 4 letters:
If a seed word has more than 4 letters, place the first 4 letters of the word in the slot.
If a seed word has only 3 letters, place the back of a letter tile in the 4th spot in the slot.
b=q, d=p, n=u
The letter pair “b & q”, “d & p”, “n & u” can be used interchangeably.
Installation Guide
Step 1
Slide the SafePal Cypher open, untighten the five screws on each plate.
Step 2
Slide the letter slot cover open, you will see 12 letter slots on each side of Cypher.
Step 3
Install the mnemonic phrase by putting the letter tiles into the slots in the correct order. Examine the spelling and order to make sure they are correct.
Step 4
Slide the letter slots cover back into place and tighten all the 5 screws on the plate. Now the installation is completed!
Keep the remaining parts in secure locations because others might figure out which letters are used and try to reverse the mnemonic phrase.
